Organisational diagnostic

The five questions use fixed choices and do not ask for your name, email address or confidential information. When you select “Generate my report”, your answers are sent to our server and then to OpenAI to generate preliminary guidance. Do not include confidential or personal information when discussing the result by email.

Your answers and recommendation are kept in session storage in this browser tab so you can return to them. Choose “Start again” to clear them. They are not stored in our application database. Our hosting and AI providers may retain operational records under their policies.

Project enquiries

The enquiry form prepares an email in your browser. It does not submit your details to our server. You review and send the message through your own email service. An enquiry is not sent until you send it in that service.

External services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Community and article links open external sites with their own privacy policies. Contact info@adaptivefutures.app with questions about your information.
